Two kind of people personality

          
               People from how they react and act to others are divided into two kinds. First is the giver kind and the second is it opposite, the taker kind. Givers are those who are tend to give something to other or do something to other people in society. While the taker is those who likes to ask for things or help to other. This two kinds of personality is made up societies and organization in human interactions.
           Research has been done in variety of organization such as sales department, medical schools, insurances company etc. shows that givers characteristic person become the lowest achiever. From the data can be inferred that the lowest performers are actually the givers and the takers is generally exceed their achievement. This fact of course is unfair seeing that the givers are those who are willing to help others. Maybe because they're focus on helping other they became overwhelmed and unable to comply with their target. Meanwhile the takers are focusing on their task even when they have to ask help from the givers who has not finish their task yet.
           Interestingly the givers is not only the bottom performers, the research also shows the givers are the top performers. Fortunately the takers are the middle performers but not the top one. This maybe happened because the organization is so good and effective so that it doesn't allow the givers to be overused by the takers.
           These study is important to ensure our organization be friendly with the givers. Givers are proven to be able to contribute more to the big purpose of the organization, sometime even when they have to sacrifice their private objectives. The betterment of organization really depends on the Givers, therefore the givers must be encouraged but not until they’re exhausted.
